Spent an awesome Christmas at this hotel! The rooms were clean and spacious, and the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The location was ideal for me as it was close to the temples and provided easy access to various tourist attractions. The food was amazing, and the breakfast had an excellent variety of dishes. the hotel offered free and fast Wi-Fi which enabled me to stay connected with my family throughout my stay.

The only downside was the hot water issue, which wasn't available all day, but the staff tried their best to fix the problem. The toiletries provided by the hotel were average, and there was only one hand towel in the room.

The rooms were modern and neat. the staff was generally friendly and helpful. the hotel had a very good breakfast buffet that was included in the price. the WiFi worked well most of the time. the location was pretty good, not too far from the main market area and there was a shopping center nearby.

The hotel lacked warmth in terms of the decor. the staff could have been a bit more welcoming.

The bathroom lacks continuous hot water supply, causing inconvenience who prefer warm showers.
